Technical Identity Comes Before the Quote
Protein Hydrolysate listings can use similar-sounding percentage claims for different formulations. Before comparing suppliers, confirm the exact FCO-notified technical, physical form and finished-product specification. A percentage in the technical name should not be reinterpreted as the free-amino-acid percentage unless that is what the applicable specification actually states.
What to Include in a B2B Enquiry
- Exact technical required — for JK Agro’s current listed liquid portfolio, specify 16.9% or 25% Plant Source where applicable.
- Required pack size and approximate order quantity.
- Delivery state / destination and whether the requirement is dealer, distributor, institutional or bulk.
- Any batch COA, specification or source-document requirement that must be discussed before ordering.
- Expected repeat-supply frequency instead of only the first order.
Manufacturer, Formulator and Marketer Are Different Roles
For B2B verification, identify which legal entity manufactures or formulates the finished product, which entity markets it, and whose details appear on the pack and supply documents. A generic “manufacturer” claim should not replace clear company identity and the applicable authorised production role.
