FCO टेक्निकल वाला बायोस्टिमुलेंट कैसे सत्यापित करें
सिर्फ brand name या “FCO approved” शब्द देखकर biostimulant verify नहीं करना चाहिए। सटीक FCO technical, applicable FCO/Gazette specification, company/manufacturer identity, pack और batch details, authorised source और जहाँ genuinely available हो वहाँ COA/test data जाँचें।

Brand Name और Technical अलग हैं
Brand commercial identity है, जबकि FCO technical regulated formulation identity है। दो अलग brands का same FCO technical हो सकता है।
Form O
Form O source-chain document है। इसे agronomic performance या quality award का proof नहीं समझना चाहिए।

तीन सत्यापन जाँचs जो अक्सर छूट जाते हैं
किसी pack पर “Government Approved” या “Government Registered” लिखा होना अपने-आप यह साबित नहीं करता कि वही exact product अभी कानूनी रूप से मान्य है। Product-level verification में brand को exact notified technical/specification, current Schedule VI/Gazette status, applicable manufacturer/supply authorisation और batch/label/source documents से मिलाकर देखना चाहिए।
- Crop और dose scope जाँचें। Schedule VI में technical notified होने का मतलब यह नहीं कि उसे हर crop पर अपने-आप recommend किया जा सकता है; applicable notified entry और approved label का पालन करें।
- पुराने G3 provisional certificate पर depend न करें। Government के अनुसार last extension 16 June 2025 तक था और provisional registrations 17 June 2025 से अमान्य हैं।
- पुराने screenshot या static product count पर निर्भर न रहें। Latest Gazette देखें, क्योंकि Schedule VI में समय-समय पर amendments होते रहते हैं; 16 February 2026 की S.O. 876(E) Part A specifications से जुड़ा बाद का amendment है।
Brand Name, Schedule VI और Legal Supply तीन अलग Checks हैं
Practical sequence रखें: पहले commercial brand पहचानें, फिर उसे सटीक technical/formulation से जोड़ें, current notification status देखें, applicable crop/use और specification का मिलान करें, और उसके बाद legal manufacturer/formulator तथा authorised source/supply documents सत्यापित करें। इससे marketing identity, regulatory identity और supply-chain traceability अलग-अलग स्पष्ट रहती हैं।

क्या दो brands का same FCO technical हो सकता है?
हाँ।
क्या Form O बेहतर field performance सिद्ध करता है?
नहीं। यह source-chain document है, performance ranking नहीं।
क्या pack पर “Government Registered” लिखना legal validity सिद्ध करता है?
नहीं। इसे अकेला कानूनी प्रमाण न मानें। सटीक notified technical/specification, current Schedule VI position, applicable authorisation, label, batch और source documents सत्यापित करें।
क्या Schedule VI वाला Biostimulant किसी भी crop में recommend कर सकते हैं?
नहीं। Crop/use और dose/application scope notified entry और label का हिस्सा हो सकते हैं। एक crop की recommendation को हर crop पर copy न करें।
क्या पुराने G3 provisional registrations अभी मान्य हैं?
नहीं। Government के अनुसार final extension 16 June 2025 को समाप्त हुआ और provisional registrations 17 June 2025 से अमान्य हैं।
